Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

The Autism Initiatives Group of companies provides support to people with autism, to enable them to learn and develop every day.  We create unique services for the people we support to enable them to have ownership of their own lives and futures.

We operate in England, Wales, Scotland, IOM, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Our supply chains include:

• Sourcing of staff

• Sourcing of accommodation

• Sourcing of goods and services

We will not tolerate slavery and human trafficking and expect everyone who works with us and all of those in our supply chain to have the same approach.

Where we may become aware of breaches of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 we will act decisively and take whatever action is appropriate.

Directors and Senior Managers are responsible for compliance in their respective departments and for their supplier relationships and all staff have a role in supporting this.

To enable this we:

Promote our Whistle-blowing Policy to staff;

Require partners, contractors, sub-contractors and other parties with which we engage to confirm that they are compliant with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Are establishing a staff awareness programme to ensure that this matter has prominence and to ensure that staff know how to act if they become aware of something of concern.
