Autism Initiatives Scotland Launch A Series Of Events For World Autism Awareness Week!

The team at Autism Initiatives Scotland have a series of community events to raise awareness and provide support, during World Autism Awareness Week! Jayne Kemp has also produced a listing for other events happening around Edinburgh Click Here!

Friday 31st March, 2 - 4pm – Creative Writing Workshop at Number 6 (for people registered with us).  This group will be run by our regular creative writing volunteer, Steve, who will provide prompts and ideas to get the group started. The theme will be related to autism awareness, identity and the diagnosis. 

Friday 31st March, 2 – 4.30pm - Rachel McRitchie is holding an afternoon session from 2 – 4.30pm at Number 6 for anyone looking to gain a basic understanding of autism.  Click Here For More Information

Thursday 6th April, 7.30pm – late – WAADstock at the Cav, Tollcross.  A music event celebrating autism organised by Get2Gether, Autism Edinburgh and Autism Initiatives.
