We provide a range of training courses designed to meet the needs of our staff members so they deliver the highest standard of care to all our Service Users. This also reflects our interest in career progression and to help us achieve our mission and vision.

Responsibility for Learning & Development

L & D

Autism Initiatives Northern Ireland have a Learning & Development department which delivers a programme designed to meet the needs of all staff. The aim of the department is to provide staff with the opportunity to develop their skills and qualifications. Responsibility for booking on training and attending courses lies with the service managers, team leaders and members of staff.

The Learning & Development department will coordinate action to improve training overall including responding to RQIA recommendations. We are also currently conducting a review of the training requirements of all staff so we can provide the best service possible.
