Quality Assurance Officer

||£26,000.00 p.a. pro rata (based on a 35 hour working week)
||20 hous per week
We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving services for autistic people to support the implementation of the quality assurance processes within Scotland and support all services to achieve excellent quality standards. The post holder will ensure that our services in Scotland are compliant with regulatory standards and work within the parameters of the Autism Initiatives Way, and will liaise with Area Managers and Team Leaders to initiate the process for improvement plans where necessary.
Preferably you will have experience of working within a quality assurance context. Knowledge of the Care Inspectorate and Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders and produce high quality reports is essential. This role will include travel throughout Scotland and occasionally to our Head Office in England.
