Festive Fun-raising

Take a trek with added tinsel, or run with Rudolph and add some festive spirit that truly brings the fun into fundraising this Christmas

These events are real Christmas crackers ...

Sunday 1 December - Liverpool Santa Dash

Join over 6,000 Santa's of all ages and run, walk, jog and jingle your way round a 5km route through Liverpool City centre.

A festive, fun, family atmosphere makes The Santa Dash a wonderful way to start the countdown to Christmas and when you get involved you can support autistic people and their families in Merseyside too.

Saturday 7 December - Edinburgh Christmas Walk

Tartan and tinsel come together at Edinburgh's Christmas Charity Festival. With festive walks ranging from the Gold Tinsel mile walks at 1, 2 or 3 miles up to 10K and 19K challenges, there's something for all ages and abilities. The fun takes place at Inverleith Park which gets into the seasonal spirit with a site full of food stalls and other attractions.

Give local autistic people a special present of support this Christmas season and contact fundraising@autisminitiatives.org to take part in the fun.

Sunday 8 December - Edinburgh Christmas Run

The second day of Edinburgh's Christmas Charity Festival is set to be just as enjoyable as the first. Whilst the Edinburgh 5K and 10K take centre stage, there's also a superb Santa Toddle that all the family can enjoy. So whether you can take on a walk in the park or something a little more challenging this is a great way to start the season of goodwill by raising money for autism.

Saturday 21 December - Belfast Christmas Run

Hazelbank Park hosts Belfast's Christmas Fun Runs, which culminate in a seasonal shindig at the bowling club to get the Christmas party started!

Sign up for a festive 5 mile run and/or bring the kids for the 1 mile Fun Run (which follows a candy cane trail) and give your support this Christmas to autism projects in the Belfast area

Festive attire is encouraged we've seen Santa Suits, Christmas Jumpers, Elf costumes, and tonnes of tinsel in the past - what will you wear? Whatever you decide upon, decide to give a special gift this Christmas and treat yourself to some festive fun-raising.
